The Broadway Dock is the middle dock in Skagway.  When coming off the ship heading to town you can see the seals gathered at the flue where Pullen Creek comes to meet the sea.  When the salmon are spawning they come thru this opening where both the seal and the sea otters await for a tasty meal.  The otter are harder to spot as they often hide among the rocks along the shoreline.
